Machines and touchscreens combine to suit your floor space and flow. A common setup is one screen at the checkout and one at self-scanning. Chilled machines have selectable temperatures of 4–12 °C.

Common questions from stores

What do stores usually keep in the machines?
Tobacco, snus and nicotine pouches, OTC medicine, hygiene and shaving products, coffee refills and electric toothbrushes. Also lottery tickets, through our work with Svenska Spel.
Can it connect to our POS?
Yes, the machines can be integrated with your existing POS. If you have no POS to integrate with, customers can pay by card, Swish or both.
How many machines do we need?
If you offer cigarettes, snus and nicotine pouches, three machines can be a good number. We work it out for your store in the needs analysis.
How does restocking work?
The system shows what needs refilling. ICA Hajen, for example, restocks daily with a larger refill after deliveries. You can change what is in the machines yourselves.
What support is included?
Phone support is always free during normal hours, whatever your service agreement. Support runs weekdays 08–17, on call weekday evenings 17–20 and weekends 09–18.
